‎CALL TO PURPOSE

‎Good afternoon, dear brothers and sisters of ISOZI,
‎As rightly announced a few weeks ago, ISOZI Admins have taken a dynamic step by electing three executives to pilot the affairs of the group alongside the other admins. However, it is important to note that these executives are serving in an interim capacity for a maximum period of 18 months, during which all necessary structures will be put in place to ensure a smoother transition for the intended main executive leadership.
‎On behalf of myself and my fellow interim executives, I wish to express our deep gratitude for the trust you have placed in us to serve in these crucial roles at this defining moment in our collective journey. We are not unaware of the immense responsibilities that come with these positions, nor are we blind to the expectations that lie ahead. But we take comfort in the strength, wisdom, and support of you, the entire ISOZI community.
‎Let it be known that we do not take this responsibility as a title, but as a sacred trust, one that will demand our time, our energy, our creativity, and our unwavering commitment to the vision and objectives of ISOZI.
‎As Interim President, I pledge to preside over, organize, and coordinate all activities of ISOZI strictly in line with its vision: to promote intellectualism, unity, socio-cultural pride, and strategic development among the Zaar people. I will remain accountable to you and to the central body, consult widely on every critical matter, and ensure that every decision reflects our collective goals, not personal interests.
‎Together with the Secretary (Mr. Minighom Ayuba⁩) and PRO (⁨Mal. Yakubu Garba⁩), we are committed to laying a strong and lasting foundation for ISOZI. This includes, but is not limited to:

1. Developing core and operational policy documents on ethics, inclusion, data protection, performance, finance, discipline, and more crafted with rigor and vision to serve as the guiding framework of our organization.
2. ‎Crafting a comprehensive action plan that maps out our activities, programs, and initiatives in alignment with our objectives.
3. ‎Hosting regular dialogue sessions, monthly interactions, and paper presentations to stimulate critical thinking, share knowledge, and address pressing issues affecting the Zaar community like the present security challenge that we are facing.
4. ‎Encouraging collaborative research and advocacy projects that contribute to our security, intellectual and socio-cultural advancement.
5. ‎Delegating responsibilities and forming committees to ensure inclusive participation, recognizing that collective wisdom and teamwork are the engines of real progress.
‎ISOZI community, you are not spectators, you are partners in this mission, the guardians of integrity, and the conscience of this society. We welcome your oversight, your ideas, and your commitment. We will not be lead in isolation, but in synergy with you.
‎We are aware that time is of the essence. Within the next 18 months, our task is to transform ISOZI from an interim body into a fully established, respected, and impactful intellectual society. This is ambitious, but it is possible if we work together selflessly and with purpose.
Let me end with this reminder: ISOZI is not just an organization, it is a movement. It is a call to purpose. It is the intellectual awakening of a people who, for too long, have been underestimated. We are here to rewrite that narrative through education, research, advocacy, cultural promotion, dialogue, and community development.

‎On behalf of my fellow executives, the Secretary and the PRO, I once again thank you. Thank you for trusting us. Thank you for supporting us. And thank you for walking this path with us.
‎Together, we will build ISOZI.
‎Together, we will raise the banner of Zaar intellectualism high.
‎Together, we will show tthe world the power, wisdom, and dignity of the Zaar people.
‎Thank you.
‎Engr. Mbimda Ali MBISHIDA
